Refund Eligibility
We want you to be satisfied with your course purchase. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a refund policy that allows you to request a refund within 30 days of your purchase date, provided you meet the eligibility requirements outlined below.

If you are not satisfied with your course within 30 days of purchase, you may request a full refund. To be eligible for a refund, you must:
- Submit your refund request within 30 days of the purchase date
- Have completed less than 25% of the course content
- Provide a valid reason for the refund request
- Not have violated our Terms of Service
How to Request a Refund

- Your full name and email address associated with the account
- Order number or transaction ID
- Course name and purchase date
- Reason for the refund request
Refund Processing
Once we receive your refund request, we will review it within 5-7 business days. If your request is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method. Refunds may take 10-14 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds:
- Courses that have been completed more than 25%
- Refund requests submitted after 30 days from purchase
- Courses purchased during special promotions or sales (unless specifically stated)
- Certificates of completion that have been issued
- Any course materials that have been downloaded or accessed extensively
Partial Refunds
In certain circumstances, we may offer partial refunds. This typically applies when:
- You have completed between 25% and 50% of the course
- Technical issues prevented you from accessing course content
- There are extenuating circumstances that we determine warrant a partial refund
Course Access After Refund
If your refund is approved, your access to the course will be revoked immediately. You will no longer be able to access course materials, videos, or resources associated with the refunded course.
Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider, we reserve the right to suspend your account and access to all courses until the dispute is resolved. We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback.
Special Circumstances
We understand that special circumstances may arise. If you believe your situation warrants special consideration, please contact us directly. We will review each case individually and may make exceptions to our standard refund policy at our discretion.
Subscription Cancellations
If you have a subscription, you may cancel it at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the course until the end of your paid period. No refunds will be provided for the current billing period.
